The plant was erected in the spring of 2007 and has been in operation since August 2007. Since then, 20 buildings have been connected up, including a church, vicarage, community centre, kindergarten and 16 homes housing one or two families. Oskar stratified storage tanks have been installed in the individual buildings, with 750 litre and 1000 litre capacities in the headquarters, there is a 4000 litre Oskar stratified storage tank.
