The secret of temperature stratification.
With the patented stratified storage tank system, Oskar° uses a natural phenomenon experienced at any swimming lake in the summertime. While the surface feels very warm, your feet are definitely standing in much cooler water. This is because water has a very different density in the temperature range of 4°C to 90°C, which means that it automatically settles into layers with different temperatures. However, this only happens, if it is not being constantly churned up. In the case of lakes, the water is naturally calmed by the expansion and depth of the riverbed in the area where the river turns into the lake. One way in which Oskar° endeavours to create this "slowing down" effect is with the worm type channel widening within the patented layer insert of the tank. This enables the water to settle into the layers of different temperatures, instead of it all being stored at an average temperature.
